Our Technical Department is specialized in supporting customers to the best productive performances.
We provide support to the drafting of the Drawing and the choice of the raw material most suited to the Customer’s production requirements.
The springs can also be produced with a wide range of raw materials depending on the criticality of the field of application (corrosive atmospheres and operating temperatures).
Mollificio Italiano can produce springs in:
- Carbon Steel - standard EN10270-1
- Stainless Steel - standard EN10270-3
- Pre-tempered Steel - standard EN10270-2
- Copper and Bronze Alloy
- Special Alloy for high temperatures
- Tempered Steel 52SCN5 and 50CRV4
To ensure high production quality, we only work on drawing, for large batches or small – medium series.
