We have obtained key certifications across major quality standards, from ISO through to the automotive and aerospace sectors.
Organizational Structure
Alongside these certifications, we continue to invest in the growth, training, and empowerment of our people at every level.
In our industry, quality is a clear and recognized standard.
All technical drawings are reviewed in advance, and for each component the most suitable manufacturing and inspection process is defined.
Products are rigorously checked at every stage of production, following well-established procedures and using advanced measurement and control equipment.
Our metrology room is equipped with a full range of dynamometers for load testing, torque meters for measuring angular moments, 3D digital measuring systems for the geometric analysis of cylindrical and conical springs, and 2D systems for torsion springs and metal components.
It is also possible to test the real working behavior of springs using dedicated machines capable of performing lifecycle tests over several million cycles.
Since 1999, Mollificio Italiano has been ISO 9001 certified. It is the internationally recognized standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS), applicable to any organization.

Since 2016, we have been certified to IATF 16949 (formerly ISO/TS 16949). It is the internationally recognized standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS), specifically for the automotive sector.

Since 2026, we have been certified to EN 9100. It is the internationally recognized standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS), specifically for the aerospace, defense, and aviation sectors.

In parallel with investments in production quality, we continue the process of enhancing, training, and empowering our people, the beating heart of the company.
We have, therefore, officially implemented the Organizational Model, according to Legislative Decree 231/01, within Mollificio Italiano. This is a set of principles and procedures that not only protect the company from legal liabilities but also promote a responsible and ethical corporate culture.
It is a step we are proud of, in line with the values of our long history, through which we will continue to nurture in the company the values of honesty, integrity, and ethics that we all strive to uphold in order to guarantee our Clients the best possible quality.
