Besides being certified ISO 9001 since 1999, the Company also obtained the certification ISOTS 16949 in 2016 and the IATF 16949 in 2018 in order to keep up with the needs of its Customers.
The products are strictly controlled during each stage of production, according to established procedures, using the most advanced measuring and control instruments.
In the testing room there is a wide range of dynamometers to test loads, torsion meters to measure angular momentums, 3D digital displays for the geometrical analysis of cylindrical and conical springs, and 2D digital displays for torsion springs and small metallic parts.
In addition, the real work performance of springs can be assessed by using appropriate machines that test product life for several million cycles.
In recent years we have decided to invest actively in safeguarding our territory, choosing 100% renewable energy suppliers and inaugurating in 2022 the photovoltaic system currently operating in our factory.
